Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days from receipt, not including shipping. Complex repairs may take longer. We always contact you with a timeline after initial diagnosis.
Yes — we accept international shipments from anywhere in the world. Customers in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and beyond regularly send ECUs to our El Cajon, CA facility. We do not cover the dutie fees.
The $145 test fee covers a full professional bench test, fault code read-out, and a written diagnostic report. This fee is waived when you proceed with repair or purchase a replacement ECU.
We offer replacement units when in stock, pre-programmed for your specific motor. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned ECUs.
